Mono Lake Sunset by enunez Mono Lake Sunset by enunez
I have photographed Mono Lake several times before, but this time I was looking for simpler compositions where the basic elements were present. For this one, the clouds in the sky formed quite fast, and I wanted to showcase the light, lines created by the clouds, and the tufa itself. This is a good example of being in the right place at the right time.

Hope you like it!

Indeed, right place right time.

Seems to be a key of nature photography :)

We can do little things like be in the right place at the right time, but we can't control the sky usually...lucky you!

And, of course, good skill with the camera :)

And the reflection is just gorgeous.

I am usually not big on centered composition but I'll be damed if it isn't working here! A place I long to visit and shoot, you captured this wonderfully!
